Thanks! I think those might be larvae coming out as well. They're pretty small, though, so I won't know for sure until I can get some under a microscope (next spawn).

thanks, his name is goldy... and he is mean.... he got the better of me a few days ago...luckily he got me on my thumbnail and i grabbed his tail before he could clamp down....
