Along with us zoo/paly lovers, the SPS folks have a number of pests that they need to be wary of and despise. They also have their version of a nudibranch problem, with the Montipora eating nudibranchs. These seem to be selective to the montis though there are some reports of acros being attacked as well. We are all very familiar with the nudis we see on zoanthids....
So here is the article... pay very close attention to the two things... the Garlic and Potassium Permagenate had no ill effects on the zoanthids and palys (from what I could glean) in the tests and more importantly, it KILLED the EGGS as well as the nudis.
