125 needs a new fish. Current inhabitants are...

Powder Blue Tang / Ocellaris Clown / Six Line Wrasse / Royal Gramma / Orange Spot Goby

All are on the small side for their species. Basically, I want to add one more fish, and I'm trying to find a nice angel that is as coral safe as I can. If the choice is other (I'm open to any suggestion on fish), please elaborate -- I like multicolor fish.

LFS has some beauties in right now -- 1.5" Queen Angel, 4" Blue Face Angel, 4" King Angel, 4" Rock Beauty, 1.5" Flame Angel, 2.5" Coral Beauty.

My tank is very open, so a larger fish will have pretty good room for a 125. Water parameters and filtration equipment are excellent, no worries on bioload. Any special food or other needs for your choice would be good information.

Thanks!

Well, assuming that potentially any angel can nip at corals, I would say the dwarf angels would be a better bet, seeing as how their diet is mostly filamentous algae, as opposed to benthic inverts like the others. You have a "reef beauty angelfish" in your poll--did you mean rock beauty? I have never heard of a reef beauty.

None of the named angels are reefsafe - at best some are only 50/50.

Go with a Watanabe (sp.) angel for a true reef safe pygmy angel. The large angels will get too big for a 125g as well.

Wow, that's a good looking angel that I hadn't seen before (watanabe).

Any other fish suggestions welcome of course -- I am definitely not interested in crowding down any fish, as you can tell with my choice of aquascaping. :)

I have a majestic angel in my tank and he is great. I will admit it is a gamble though - others have had problems with them eating coral.
