Nudibranch but a shot from above is needed for id. At least it's not an aeolid so your corals are safe from this guy.

thanks Leslie, It'll be hard to get a shot anywhere but from this angle, but glad it's not "bad" they might be responsible for making my hairy mushrooms shrivel up from time to time though...

It's an arminid, so your corals aren't safe from it. It probably came in on something like clove polyps or Anthelia, which it eats. I would check all of your softies for more.

btw, I have purple clove polyps that have slowly gone downhill, I was attributing to my majestic angel, but maybe its these guys?

I hope these suckers don't multiply like rabbits!

Yeah, Mike got me on this one. It's an arminid. Members of this family eat soft corals, sea pens, etc. Probably best if you take out your purple clove & examine the polyps & rock with a magnifying glass for both the adults & their egg ribbons. Doesn't matter if you get all the adults if fertile eggs are still there.
