Lets see those captain america colonies

I have only seen the Captain America palys as frags with less than 5 heads. I would love to see some pics from some of you keeping larger colonies. I know some of you have them, especially if they grow anything like the nuclear greens and purple deaths. thanks

That's what i was hoping to see, thanks for the pic! that's a nice looking colony. what kind of lighting do you have them under? do they seem to thrive under similar conditions as nuclear greens and purple deaths?

I have them under 250w MH 14k. I have always had them under there and they seem to be doing pretty happy. I had my purple deaths and nuclear greens all on one rock on the bottom of the same tank and they did really well. I moved that rock over to another tank under all T5s and they look a lot better but the growth stalled for a while. Now they are starting to pick back up.

I think with all three polyps the higher the K the better they look.

I'm not that impressed really. I like them but not for the price. Looks pretty cool in full colony but i would still rather have a colony of PPE or nuke greens
