i just got a dual 24w t5 fixture but the bulbs are some off brand and don't even compare to my 130w pc fixture. im going to get some giesemann bulbs and hopefully they are brighter. i thought i heard that the 24w wasn't HO, but the bulb does say HO. hopefully i can let you know soon though. my sps does fine in my 75g with a 6 bulb tek.

I just set up a 20 H with 96 watts of T5...i plan on trying to keep some SPS but I havent gotten that far yet.

i just got it yesturday but if you want to check it out its on nanotuners.com. So far I love it...really bright and very nice color for an affordable price. Ill post pics as soon as i take some.

I got a 30 gallon finnex M-tank for christmas and i am putting the 96 watt T5s off of that on a 10 gallon im going to keep LPS in. Im planning on putting a 280watt MH fixture on the 30 and keep an aggressive SPS reef, because idt the T5s are enough for more light demanding SPS.

but i may try some frags in the 10 gallon down the road. if this thread is still around ill post feedback.
