SoftPuft.. what is the very first Trigger (the first pic) ..I'm a nOoB, bare with me :p

triggerfreak.. what is the brownish one with white dots/spots ..it's facing us with its mouth showing teeth? Is that a Trigger, too?

They are great looking Triggers!! I'm so envious :)

The first time I saw a Niger and a Clown, I got hooked on Marine tanks and am still trying to wear my DH down to allow 300g or 400g in the livingroom :D

Awsome.I actually still have a couple more triggers that i plan on adding in the next year or so.

Triggerfreak, What is that last trigger, the one with the spotted body and striped face? I've never seen one of these.

Also, with all these triggers, is there much aggression in the tank?

Here is my X-hatch. Tim

Man do I wish this trigger was mine!!!! Only way I would ever consider getting a Undy. Unfortunately they always change back to the original colors. Tim

it is a goldenheart trigger. No aggression, only when it comes to feeding time. But even then it is only a nip or a push.I feed super heavy to keep there aggression down and inever never feed any live foods to them as this tends to bring out there natural aggression alot quicker,

Triggerfreak or any other goldheart keepers, how aggressive are they and how big do they get? Would they outgrow a 120 (4x2x2)? I've got a 4.5" red coris and a banded moray and about 80lbs of rock. I've really been having a hard time choosing another fish or two and think the goldhearts are really cool. Hard to find a lot of info about them online too.

From my experience they tend to be fairly aggressive. When i first put it in my tank it battled with my niger trigger and he was twice the size of the goldenheart. But now they are ok.I would say the aggression is a little less that a queen trigger. As for size they are in the family of queen triggers so i would say they get around 18 inches full grown.Though i have yet to see one bigger than about 7 inches yet.

Are they fast growers? I knew they were in the queen family, so I assumed they were probably pretty tough. Do you think a 2.5-3" goldheart would go after a 4.5" red coris? I'm probably just going to add a nice humu or bursa but really love the goldhearts.

The first one is a Sargassum trigger. Right now he's still very young, only 3-4". As they mature the colors become brighter and they get a blue/purple tint.

Bo

Goldhearts are almost the same as a queen trigger.

They get about the same size and grow at about the same rate.

There personality is very similar to a queen trigger as well.
