Lets talk Vodka Dosing

Alright I am considering vodka dosing but really dont get how it works. I want to use it because 1.) I seem to get a bit higher then I would like Po4 normally around .08-.1 and I dont want to run GFO. My tank volume of water is about 270gallons. Minimal fish and corals currently but will be adding more over time. Tank will be 95% sps other 5% will be some zoas here and there to get some colors that I cant get in sps like Orange and yellow.

How do I start Vodka dosing? Is there a really good guide anyplace?
