lettuce nudibranch activity?

to start out all parems are WNL. haha. I just purchased a lettuce nudibranch a few days ago, and after acclimation and intorducing into tank he has just sat in one spot. He has also been shedding what to me appears to be a slime coat. should i be concerned or is this normal activity?
any thoughts would be helpful.

Ummm Do you have a picture? In my experience when a Nudibranch or a sea slug has the appearance of something looking like a slime halo surrounding it then it means the worst. Hopefully it's not dead but it should have started grazing by now. Their lifespan is about 18 months so it could have been older stock.
