I sold a gla not to long ago. Good reg and I have a CD on my planted. Check the classifieds on the planted forums as well. I'd buy new

I built my own from parts on eBay. Ended up at about $150 and included twin outputs.
The critical part is the metering valve IMO.
When I tried running a calcium reactor with cheap setups chasing the bubble count was a daily chore.
