You can get a tank from your local welding supply. It's easier and cheaper to just swap tanks when you need to.

Hydroponic shop they have plenty of CO2 tank, I don't know what they charge for a tank if you don't have one to swap but if you already have tank its about $15 to swap a 20 lbs tank

I'm all about swapping tanks, just looking to save a few bucks vs the startup fees for exchange when you don't have a tank to trade in.
