LF for Cadlight or Nuvo 8g nano setup

Looking to buy one or the other if anyone has one they want to part with.

I mainly want to keep softies in there and shrimp and possibly a fish.

Anyone have thoughts on one vs. the other?

Not sure, you might want to check with the guys at InTank, I took the sponge that comes with it and added some lr, way better flow for sure.
