Get a SRO 3000 or get the new Diablo Skimmers with DC Controllable Pumps.

I have a SRO 2000 with a swabbie right now, which is just slightly less powerful. I was looking for something much stronger and preferably quieter. It's not a rush so I can wait for the right used model.

If only I had the space. It would be the entire filtration system, no sump at all.

I'm limited to 33" and the Skimmer has to have a diameter less than 10".

this is not an in sump skimmer, I think it might be to your benefit, to be more specific as to what your needs are, you know, in or out of sump, diameter, height, not just for tank size, have you tried Sea Shores ? he's near you & usually has used equipment for sale

I was a little wavery when I first put out this post, but now I know more of what I'm looking for, hence the vagueness in the beginning. I'll check out Sea, but they're overpriced.
