Anyone thinking to upgrade their skimmer? can I buy your old one? setting up a 110g

Id get a good name brand one that will do about twice your water volume. Just a reminder when your totaling up total water volume make sure you substract for things like rock,skimmer,sand,deep sand beds etc. Say a 110 with a 30 gallon sump I'd say in most cases your only looking at 95 to 110 gallons of water. Wish you the best on finding your skimmer.

I've got an Octopus DNW-110 that I would like to sell. Rated for up to a 90 gal tank. It may be too small for you, but I wanted to offer. I would like to get $100 for it, works great still. It was used on a 75g previously.

Sump is about 40g, I haven't gotten it yet. so, I guess total volume is about 120gal or so. I guess I should be looking for 240gal+ ones. Thanks Rhett.

I would want one that would atleast do 200 heavy stocked. Keep in mind though I would be keeping a SPS dominate tank so Id want the water really clean. If your going more of a mixed reef than you might not want to skim as much and could go with one a little smaller.
