How about a shoal of some Semilarvatus butterflies. figure 8-10 at $250-300 a pop and that's...might want to see if your insurance carrier has exotic fish insurance first.
Anthias and green chromis are good choices. I think chromis look amazing in tanks with big branching sps -- they tend to hid out in them. Hoping I can have success long enough with my tank to see the seven chromis I do that.
I was at an aquarium recently where they had a big school of bicolors (Pseudanthias bimaculatus) and Lyertails (Pseudanthias squamipinnis) -- maybe 30 fish total -- and it was so gorgeous. The males are truly spectacular when they fully mature. If I had more room, I'd love to do something like that.
Had 10 blue green cromis but 1 died in shipping and 5 eaten. 2 went into my overt flow and down the drain. So we have 2 left. These guys were tiny. Too small for my tank.
