LF: skimmer pump

I currently have a Sedra power head model KSP-3500. Any recommendations on something else that has similar specs? Or anybody have an extra power head they want to sell? Thanks!

That's a needle wheel skimmer btw. The pump is the key to a skimmer. The PSK 1000 would probably be a simple mod to your skimmer and outperform the old sedra signficantly

Ahh...see, I haven't done much research yet. I just know I'm tired of messing with the Sedra. Maybe just a better (and quieter) pump is what I need....

Thanks for the input while I'm still trying to figure out what I want and thinking out loud!

I think I have a brand new Sedra 3500. They are not bad pumps if you don’t run them dry, clean them at least yearly and replace the impeller every 5 years or so.
