It might take a little longer, but I ordered mine on ebay and it came with an applicator bottle with needle tip and shipping was free.

I have some Weld-On 16 that you're welcome to use. It's pretty much a full can. I bought it and ended up going glass.

Check with professional plastics. They sell it on their website but you can pick it up at their location off of 36st and broadway. Or try plasti-fab off of 40st and the i10.
