They used to have some amazing reptiles and some really knowledgable staff.

The reptile section is still cared for by some of the more veteran Markheim employees, and are all for trying to special order animals, if they can. After Adam and I left, (in terms of the sw section) this conversation is all I heard for months. I still go back from time to time, like Adam. While it was both of us in charge of trade ins or new orders for corals (Adam) or maintenance *points to self* we only did our best with what we had to work with. It is definitely a shame to see all our hard work thrown away by not replacing either of us with someone who is knowledgeable and willing to take care of the systems. I hope one day they can do it right again.
