lfs on university and ramblewood

just wanted to let ya all know
the store at that location changes names and ownership

i just got a job there (today.) and the new owner seems to really care and seems to try to hire good people.

so if any of you were put off by the store beverlys in the past.. try the location agian.. its alot better

btw hope to see you all at the next meeting. iv been meaning to join fmas for months now just never get around to going LOL

BTW whats the new name of the place? I've went to Beverly's a few times and everytime it gets worse and worse. Oh yeah, whats your name so I can come looking for you. lol

im 5 minutes away from there and have been there atleast 50-60x

There using the same vendors as before? I was talkin to 1 blonde girl there, shes tryin to get the owner to get him to buy livestock from her father(owns a mainly online livestock business.

but i do shop there alot and knoticed there selection went down a bit since the last owner...
owner seems to wanna do a good job so maybe i could convincer her to get better stuff

I am suprised you haven't be reported for "advertising". It seems like your not allowed to comment about certain LFS unless some people like them or not.

Anyways, back on topic, I hope "beverly's" has a turn around as the store has been looking really bad for a long time now.

lol not really advertising. just saying that its basicaly a new store since the new owner came in
itst eh same as when some one says " hey look at this new store"

i just know alot of people are avoiding that store based on the fact they think it is the same owner


any of oyu ever stop in at "pet world" or what ever it is called now. ( same people different name) you cant even see into the tanks they are so bad O_O that store was doing well for about two months back when a guy named don worked there. but he is now at bigals and is always cleaning those tanks


i still think bigals has the best selection and price ><


anyways. if any one does stop in at the store and sees somthing they dont like. let me know and ill see if i can fix it or talk the owner in to changing somthing... im sick of there only being two good lfs's in this area. and if people complain.. complain to some one who may be able to do somthing about it ^^ ya know

hey zurc. your im pembrookpines. do you know what store it is that has the fish basicaly dead for sale.. and cramming to many fish into like a 2 gallon.. i dunno i read a thread on here a while ago mentioning a lfs like that but the guy refused to say the name

Pet Wonder, I have no problem saying it as ... lets not go there... I am definately don't like making bad comments about lfs, but there is just some places that really shouldn't be carrying the livestock that they do. Beverlys became one of them and Pet Wonder aswell when the new owners took over. Your currently working at Beverly's on Pines and University right? Or are you at the one that was in coral springs and they sold it to different people? I saw University, but didn't even realize ramblewood. I always thought the coral springs store was nicer then the pembroke Pines store.... wasn't so big and it looked like they had more time for the marine livestock, it was always pretty clean. But for the Pembroke Pines store... wow...

yeah the coralsprings store is under new managment.. the pines store is still under the old

man back when the old owners were there the people used to tell the customers how many more days till they leave.. it was kinda sad
you really dont want to be at an lfs with the guy telling you " yeah only 1 moere week and im out of this (bleep) hole"

people actualy seem happy now

but i wanna go to the beverlys in pines to see how bad it is maybe now that greg is working at pines full time ( owners brother. used to manage the springs store) it might be doing better

you know who has REALLY NICE stuff fish empire on wiles road ( across from publix) there tiny but they have so many corals the last time i was there


some one needs to open a lfs in parkland
