Welp, after 10 days of owning this beauty, the b!tch decided to start getting jelly and is dissolving.

Here is to a hard lesson learned. :thumbdown

Do you guys think I should remove it? Would the jelly hurt any of my other corals?

I've purchase two in the past and all three jelly within a month. I would remove it just to be safe. I recently purchase one and decided to stay commited to spot feeding it every other day and it has been alive and well (knock on wood) for over two months now. It def is not a begginers corals to say the least but don't get discouraged and try at another time w/ what people have been doing to keep it alive, but they are beautiful specifimens when triving...sorry about the lost.

Wow that's crazy. I know they don't like direct lighting. And prefer decent flow. I have mine placed at the corner of my tank. I never bothered spot feeding it but I've never had a problem and has grown quite a bit in the year of owning it.

Have your tried moving to a different location?

I think they ment its a great beginer coral so you can learn to cope with the loss of corals in the hobby.... ha..but on a seriouse note, the only ones that are worth buying are the ORA ones..they have been in captivity for years.
