LFS value for yumas?

Maybe some of your experience can help guide me on this venture. I am hoping to take some tank propagated yumas into my LFS to barter for some replacement bulbs(nearing that time of year). Any suggestions on what to haggle for per polyp? The LFS store sells florida rics for $12 per polyp, and currently has no yumas. I was thinking on asking the LFS for 10 per polyp, but I see these going online for 40-60/polyp. I got mine through a trade, so I don't honestly know what they retail for. The owner implied he sells rics/yumas for roughly double what we pays for them. I am not looking to pillage, just looking for a fair deal. I'd like to have a little research prior to bargaining.

my lfs sells each polyp of rics for 20 a piece and they have never even heard of yumas. I asked about buy back and was quoted 5-10 $ a polyp of rics. Another lfs (which is very very expensive) said when they could order me some for about 50$ a polyp but I have to order $250 worth without even seeing them.

It is tough to say, when it comes to lfs prices, local market dictates, not online.

Online sites can always get a premium price compared to lfs as they have a much larger costumer base.

Generally lfs will give half of what they sell for.

Looking at the pic, around here those might get $10 per polyp, retail. More colorful variaties can get more.

yumas are more swap value here than FLA rics.. i could swap that one here for about 30 bucks..IMO id trade it to a store that sells thier stock for more that way you might get a better trade..

Depends in toronto we can get it anywhere from 20-40 dollars. This depends on the size...if its small reaching a max of about 1.5 its usually 20 but when they reach more than that they are luky 40+ (usually 40). when i say this i mean those fairly large ones reaching almost 2-3inches across.

This variety is a nice bright orange, my photography is lacking. My wife just got a new camera- if i learn how to use it maybe the pics will improve...Nikon-60?
