Not sure this should have been moved away from a local forum. I believe his question pertained specifically to the state of Florida rules and regs. In Florida, the Fish and Wildlife Commission (FWC). Obviously, what goes in Florida will not necessarily apply elsewhere.

I would think that if you are home based in Florida and your revenue is in Florida, you would need a business license and an aquaculture certificate. Both are relatively cheap.
