Life on Rocks

I am starting to notice a lot of life now on my month old live rock(old as in, i own for one month). I see a lot of small feather dusters.

1.) How do I care for these so they actually grow to be large???? how do you feed them or do they rely only on lighting???

2.) My tank is a FOWLR tank is only running 80 watts of regular Flourescent tubes on my 6 foot 150 gallon. Will this be enought light??

I also noticed that I have a lot of these fuzzy balls growing on the live rock. I don't know what they are but they just look like a little white fuzz ball. They are all over some pieces of rock and none on the others. Anyone know what this is????

The feather dusters will filter out small particles out of the water. You don't need to feed them. They'll never get that big, though. They don't need light. I'm gussing, but the "fuzz balls" are probably sponges. Do they look like little pineapples? Go to melevsreef.com for pics
