I also think they could have made a better choice for a narrator than Oprah. I watched the first episode, and DVR'd the second. The first episode I'd only rank a 6 out of 10, and would say is definitely not as good as Planet Earth IMHO. We'll see what the 2nd episode holds...

I am the biggest fan of the plant earth series. These are off to a pretty good start as well. Agree with the people who are not thrilled with Oprah's narrating. Give us back Sigourney Weaver or Morgan Freeman! Haha but seriously, I have a feeling that the narration is the ONLY thing that people will be able to complain about from this series. Can't wait til next week!

Oh wow, the caves episode is great! I imagine it will be on again at some point so you can record/ watch it.
