Light brackets

If you ever need something out of the ordinary I can give you a lead on a guy i know.

My 54 gallon corner bow didn't have a hood, so a this guy made a custom light bracket. It can rotate both directions move several degrees up and down and the power cord can run through the arm. I thought it was pretty creative. I was too lazy to disasemble the cord anr run it. Comments? good idea or bad idea?
