Light Configuration

I'm setting up my new elite system and I have an aquaticlife T5 fixture over my solana. It has timers already built into the light fixture so I don't need to utilize the Light Wizard in the outlet config. Instead I tried using the Heater wizard so if my tank rose above 82 it would automatically shut the lights off but for some reason in the auto setting the outlet will not switch on. The only way it will work is in manual ON. What am I doing wrong? Is there a better way of doing this?

Use an advanced mode and this program:

Fallback ON
Set ON
If Temp > 82.0 Then Off

The problem with using a heater program is that it turns on and off based on temperature and you really want it on all the time except when the temp get too warm.
