Whats a good lighting cycel for 4X74W VHO (t12 not t-5)?
i want to make sure i am not over or under on the amount of hours/day.

I do 10 hours with my halides and my PC's. I'd do the same if I had VHO's.

how long for the moonlight?

Either have them on when the main lights are out, or just leave them on since LED's last something like a gazillion hours. Moonlights are more for the viewer than the livestock anyway.
