light fixture

I have a 20l with a pc fixture on it. I had a sebae anemone in it and it was doing great up until last week. I had it for about a month or more and it was eating, my clown was hosting it and it was staying inflated. It has now dead, so I want to go back with another anemone. Im thinking long tentacle or rose bubble tip would be nice. but first I want to upgrade my lighting, what is a good lighting fixture available for a decent price for this 30 in tank??? I want to stay away from halides, would a two bulb suffice? or 4?
thanks in advance for the help.....

Would like to know more about that "sebae" (( going to assume an H. Crispa )), and why it died. What PC fixture do you have, and what bulb(s)?

Even if your lights weren't strong enough, I wouldn't expect an otherwise healthy anemone to die that quickly.
What color was the anemone?
What are your water parameters? (( with numbers ))
How long has the tank been set up?

I'd think the lighting should be alright. What are your water parameters?

If you are looking to switch lighting & don't want halides I would go with a t5 fixture.

well, I don't know what the actual name of it is.....all I know was it was sold to me as a "sebae" It was kind of off white I guess would be the way to describe it with the blue-pruple tips. It is a 96 watt fixture I believe with a 10000k and actinic bulb.
The guys at the store said they have had it for a while, there were two in the tank and they still have one of them. I don't know if this has anything to do with its death or not but i had crushed coral in the tank and was not satisfied with the way it looked. the substrate bed wasn't that deep only about 1 to 1.5 inches maybe 2 in some spots. I recently switched out about a 1/4 of the crushed coral with reef grade sand so I can slowly switch all of it out.
I am not sure what the numbers are this week I have been super busy this weekend and havent had a chance to test, i just dropped a bag of carbon into a hob filter today b/c when i pulled the anemone out of the tank it smelt like it was beginning to rot almost. I fed it about once a week and it ate with no problems. hope that all makes sense....
