i just had the one that you get at homedepot but now i lost it..

which light was it again?? i remember it was something like a PC 6500k but im not exactly sure.. can someone help?? thanks

im using a standard 100w incandescant on mine, in one of those cheap metal utility light housings.

Just watch the heat on these suckers. There are a number of threads here on RC about modding them to reduce the heat load that the housing creates.

Depends on the depth of your tank, how deep is it?

Currently I'm using a 65 watt over a ten gallon tank with good results, the tank is 10 inches deep, and I have a 85 watt over a 35 gal, about 15 inches deep.
