Light for growing chaeto in sump

So I'm looking for a light bulb for my sump, I have one of those simple metal fixtures you screw in the bulb. My tank lights are Mars Aqua 165 watts, and I have two of them. That being said, I've had them for a year now and I keep them at the lowest power you can have them at. (the lights are just to strong, you'll know if you've ever had them) I found this light for growing chaeto algae on amazon. If you guys have any suggestions please share.
Thanks!

Go to your big box home store (like home depot) and purchase an outdoor rated LED Flood light with the highest equivalent wattage. So something like a 120w (LED) ballpark. Mine grows cheato 10X faster than my Kessil H80 at a fraction of the cost.

Or go on amazon and order an led grow light. They are like $15. I switched to that and my cheato grew a lot better.

Ok Thanks! How much do they normally run for? And can I fit them in those metal housings?

Sub $20 bucks and yes they will fit in same socket as your standard 60w household bulb. I think the bulbs are referred to as Par38
