Has 2 double actinic 420/460nm bulbs and 2 double 6,700/10,000 daylight bulbs plus 2 lunar lights. 8 lamps in total Unit is about 1 year and 7 months old purchased new by me and all bulbs are 4 montsh old. built in fan to fixture Purchased for $259 Splash lens has a 4 inch crack, but plastic is not missing anything, just a hairline type crack. I have the legs as well which 2 cracked, but you can crazy glue.
