Light meter for club use

Is there any interest in a light meter purchased by the club to loan to members.

Has this ever been brought up?

I've often thought a tool to measure light intensity, and a colorimeter would be nice tools for the group to have. Neither is cheap though.

Would take a long time to make rounds with only monthly meetings.

They really seem reasonable, if it could be used by a large number of tanks.

I agree with Josh that a good colorimter would be nice to have as well

I'm game, not too interested in the PO4 (but I never say no to new tools ) but the light meter would be great, I have been wanting to get a better Idead of light placement (height) and at this point I am running on my own semi-educated "visual" cues, (aka, guessing ad crossing fingers) This would help to add some information to my guess.
