have 2 actenic96 watt and 2 10 k how long should they stay on?

I recommend to keep them on at a maximum of 10 hours per day.
But you will find other members that will keep their lights on even longer without any problems.

I myself keep my light on from 11am-7pm so 8 Hours.

Some people (myself included) like to start their lights up around 2 pm so they'll be on until 10 pm more or less... that way you actually get to see and enjoy your tank when you get home from work.
