Ats lights questions

I’m building an algae turf scrubber. Do I need 2 lights on both sides? How many watts do I need as led usually post incandescent equivalent and not real watts. Box is 10-10-6. Tanks about 140 gallons.

I would try to put a light on both sides. You'll double the surface area. Otherwise I've seen people just lay these down for space constraints and just light up one side.

I posted about watts in the other thread you also asked. But what does 10-10-6 mean? It's the screen size that's exposed to the light that matters.

It’s the size of the box. Screen size would be about that big just an idea.
