i have a 46 gal bowfront. which lighting would be better, aqua light pro w/280watts mh 150 and 2 65w pc actinic or nova extreme t5 w/ 4 - 39watts 156 watts. im so confused. i want to be able to add a few sps and a clam.

i have a 46 bow also, and i think im gonna go with the 4 x39 watt teklight t-5's. Because they have the individual reflectors and with the sand bed i dont have to light really deep.
How many lbs of live rock are you using ..just wondering for my own.
The problems with the metal halide combo fixture is usually on our 3 ft tanks the middle brace will be right below the MH so I dont see spending that money for that.
