Hello,
I am settingup the new 180 gallon tank, and migrating from two 55 gallon tanks.
Teh smaller tanks one has 96 watts of PC 50/50 and the other has 1-150 watt MH 10k and two PC 50/50
The new tank has a Hamilton 72" w/ 3 250MH 10K (two on one switch and one onthe other) The fixture also has 2 VHO 14K (unknown wattage)
The bulbs in the Hamilton are about 8 months old.
Can I use those while I acclimate the livestock that I import from my smaller tank?
Should I not even bother with full lights for a week or two, i.e. run with just the vho's for a week, then add one of the MH then the other two each week after the next?
Should it be longer shorter?
When should I put in the new bulbs?
