all advice are welcome :)

Seems like a difficult case as it's hard to get the light everywhere.
I'd say LEDs because you'd need alot of them so you can just spread them around

Hello Raven,
thank you for your reply, but Led is not an option here (not yet available and i cannot buy them online :( )
so i guess i'm stick to T5, T8, and or Metal
but how many and how to spread them

Oh :/
The best thing you can do IMO is have as many lamps as possible spread around so you don't get unlit parts

Hello Raven,
thank you for your help
but if i'll use MH, how many lamps i need either 150 and 250 w

What's the total amount of water in your tank?

I'd go with 3 MHs, one in the central parts and one on each end, with quality, with large beam reflectors.

I'd go with 250W because then you can keep whatever you want, but you should do some more reserach on this.

The shadows might be quite strange with 3 MHs though, similiar to shadows on a soccer pitch.

Hello,
total volume of tank is about 400 liter
height of water is about 50-55 cm

Alright, then 2 250Ws will propably be able to light your tank enough to keep most things, however you will really notice the shadows in the centre then so I'd go with 3.
