lighting advice

i need lights for my 120 fowlr as part of the downgrade of my tank - dad emailed me these this morning

Those should be fine for a FOWLR. You may want to upgrade if you ever want corals though.

I think that light would do fine for a FOWLR. Low heat, low electric, plenty of light for the fishies.

not getting corals - switching out from a reef tank ;-) i'm running dual 250watt MH right now with another set of 54watt T5s.

For fish only VHO, PC or T5 is fine.

tom my buddy has the 125 fowlr with 2 5 ft t5's and the tank is very bright. that would work fine.
