Lighting and Platygyra

I'm pretty new to reefing, but I'm looking into getting some fairly hardy corals. I think the Brain Worm Platygyra Coral looks really cool (http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_Display.cfm?pCatId=445).

I've got a fully cycled 75 gal tank with a 29 gal sump. I've got 440 watts of VHO over the tank. There are two actinic and two white bulbs. They are powered by a IceCap 660 ballast. Will this be enough light for the Platygyra?

Does anyone have any experience with this coral? Any tips?

Also, are there any other easy to keep LPS corals that are recommended for a beginner?

Thanks in Advance

They typically are a moderate light and flow coral. Your light setup would be very sufficient.

They don't require much light. If the color lightens up, it may be getting too much light.

Just keep at least 2-3" of space clear around the coral. They will put out sweepers at night.
