Lighting contingency plan

Hi,

The power supply on my single Radion went out and it took a week to get the replacement from Ecotech Marine. I didn't have any lighting backup so the tank spent a week without lights. 95% of my SPS bleached.

In this hobby, having a contingency plan is critical. I'm now thinking about what I could have done or should do to prevent this from happening again.

What is your lighting contingency plan?

i have spare lights, halides, leds & T5s along with pumps heaters & tanks & skimmer

6 separate light fixtures. I'm using 6 AI Sols over my 210. If one goes out, eh, I could just raise it up a little and increase intensity while I wait for a replacement. One of the fans actually seems to be dying, so I might be testing this theory out soon.
