can i run just my actinics in the morning for a couple hours and then just turn on my daylight bulbs and leave the blue one s off or should i always run both
Yes you can do that. It is actually quite common, but most people leave the actinics ON during the day also and have them go off an hour or so after the daylight lamps. It's commonly called the Dusk/Dawn cycle or effect.
