Lighting for 30gal?

Hi, would a 4x24" T5 fixture with 2 10,000k and 2 acintic (sp) be enough for a 30gal tank? What kind of corals could I keep.

If you have the individual reflectors on each bulb you can keep almost anything. Is your light fixture T5HO because that matters. Normal T5 is nothing comparted to High Output T5HO. You can keep clams, sps, etc.. with T5HO.
