lighting for a LPS tank

Here in the near future I will be purchasing a 12gal. nano. The tank will be LPS and softie dominate. Will a 70w 20K and 2 actinic blue bulbs be too much for the LPS? Should I go with just PC's??
Looking to put Alien Eye Chalice and several other lps along with hammerhead pieces.
I have never done the nano thing before so any and all help is appreciated.
Are the ICA 2.0 chillers worth it?

I have a standard 10g nano...I am using a 96w PC Quad Bulb (2-10k tubes and 2-True Blue [or actinic-can't remember] tubess)...that is almost 10w per gallon of light! :eek2:

Usings a setup like that, you should be able to do just about anything from softies to SPS...

Yeah, that's a good bit of light. I'm just wanting to put softies and uncommon to rare pieces of LPS in there. Of course a few fish. I could put SPS in but the lighting would not be intense enough for them. I like the LPS and softie tanks better because there seems to be a broader spectrum of color, especially when using a 20K bulb.
Correct me if I am wrong but, with 70W over a 12 gal. would bring t to 5.8w per gallon. That seems to be plenty.

I use the 70 watt for my 14 biocube, I only keep zoas, micros, and acans in there. They are all growing like crazy , so I would say the 70 watt is fine. I was thinking of going with the ushio 20k for the 70 watter. Right now I use a 14k and it is very nice, but always looking for an improvement.

I have a 29g with a 150 MH 20k light. I don't use any actinic supplementation and don't imagine you would need to either.
