Lighting for a Nem tank

I plan on using my old 20g breeder QT as a nem tank soon. Once set up and cycled I will move a rock with 5 RBTA's from the main tank to it. I have Kessil's and the Aquaticlife fixture over the main tank now. I'll basically use equipment I have lying around that's not being used. The only thing I'll need to buy is the lighting. I want to keep it at around $100 which brings me to my question, what's a good light that won't break the bank?

Btas are not light hungry nems in my opinion. Mine were in a 20 long under kessil A80 and grew like crazy and split twice...

Yeah, I've been told that the Chinese black box is sufficient for a nem tank. Might look to ebay to keep it cheap.

I have 3 PAR38 bulbs over my 40b with many LPS, a BTA, and a Haddoni Carpet anemone. Everything is doing quite well and growing like crazy. Even the BTA and Carpet are very happy and healthy. The bulbs cost me $29 and the goosneck mounts cost $24, both on amazon. 2 over a 20 would be great and right at $100. I like the look better than the black box.

I have black boxes on my 180 with 40+ bubble tips for over a year. They are fine but do not bubble up or look as nice as the two under my AI prime. Light or water conditions the difference I dunno?
