hey ive got some questions i currently have a 40gal with 2 250W and im wondering what is the best to grow my corals fast so i can frag them 6500k 10000k or 14000k or 20000k ill supplement with VHOs for the look but mostly want the fast growing corals.
and what brand do you think will be best im thinking xm's or ushios?
