Lighting for nems?

OK I am going to upgrade my lighting to HQI and was wondering what bulbs and ballasts you guys like best. I am thinking about a PFO or Icecap Ballast (both electronic) w/ a Phoenix or Hamilton 14k bulb. This will be set up over my 75g tank that has a green Haddoni, a brown LTA, a green BTA and a red BTA.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.
