Lighting for NPT

Hey guys, i am thinking about starting up or converting my current reef tank to non-photosynthetic only. Any thoughts on lighting? I know its not the light that kill them (at least i thought) but i am pretty sure you don't want algea growth in a NP tank. My goal is to do a 75 gallon tank filled with all non-photosythetic coral and a few anthias. Would i be better not having a light at all or maybe using some LED moon lights (both blue and white ones)?

thanks!

Most NPC don't react to light, although some do. I would look into T5s or LEDs with a good spectrum; All you need is enough light to see the animals, and as you mentioned not too much as you don't want nuisance algae growth.

Thanks for your input. I will see what i can find, i am very intrigued by the whole NPT thing. The corals are really cool and anthias seem to do very well in those tanks too.
