Lighting for RBTA (20 gallon tank)

Setting up a 20 gallon tank for my daughter in her room. Wanted to keep a RBTA. what would be the ideal minimum lighting requirement? Should I go with
150 watts halides,
4x24 watts T5's (2 T5's will be actinics),
or 2X65 watts Powercompacts (1 will be Actinics).
I'm hesitant getting the Metal halides because of the heat transfer and the UV issue. Need your expert advise in keeping RBTA.

i had a GBTA in my 12 gallon nano. with 96w PC. and it did just fine until the heater went crazy.

I have a 2X65 watt PC Orbit fixture on my 20 gallon. My rose bta has split 2 times now.
