I have (2) lighting retro fit kits for sale
VHO 46.5 retrofit kit. Comes with ARO ballast, German Endcaps, (2) VHO Super Actinic bulbs with about 4 months of burn on them. Hellolights has this for $130+ shipping. Cost $85.
T5 46.5" retrofit kit. Comes with Triad Ballast, German T5 waterproof endcaps, Individual Tek parabolic tech reflectors, (2) T5 Blue Plus bulbs. Bulbs have been used for about a year...Websites say they are good for 18 months. I think they are great supplement lighting to 10K bulbs...and great at dusk/dawn because they are blue instead of purple..they flouresce too...just a bit different though. I used them exclusively after seeing the color. Hello lights has this for $150+ shipping. I'll sell for $90. I wouldn't personally use these for your main lighting source, but for supplementing halides.
