i ordered 4 new bulbs from dfs. it was 2 65w dual daylight square pin and 2 65w dual actinic square pin. one of the daylights was cracked. they sent a replacement. let the replacement sit in my house all day yesterday. after lights out i installed it. this morning it wouldnt come on. old bulb comes right on but new on is on for a nano second if that and goes out again. is this a bulb problem or a fixture problem?
